By accessing or using DevSegment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
DevSegment provides an enterprise no-code business automation platform ("Platform") that enables organizations to create and manage workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations. Our services include the Dokie Platform and related products as described on our website.

DevSegment retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform and its components. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform according to these terms.
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Platform. DevSegment will process your data only as necessary to provide the services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA terms in their agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevSegment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Either party may terminate the subscription according to the terms of the subscription agreement. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be disabled. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
